Cypress Lawn Arboretum and Botanical Garden

The Cypress Lawn Arboretum and Botanical Garden has its origins with an 1892 original garden cemetery design with the planting of a large collection of trees. The orginal execution of the garden design is still largely intact, including many trees from the early years. The Arboretum is comprised of trees indigenous to the northeast region of California, with over 120 different species of trees.
