Rotary Park at Wayne Gardens Arboretum is a five-acre community greenspace located in the southeast corner of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Established through the generosity of the Waynesboro Rotary Club, the park blends recreation, education, and natural beauty. In addition to the thoughtfully curated tree collection, visitors can enjoy a fitness trail, basketball court, and pavilion.
The collection features a diverse mix of native and ornamental trees, including multiple species of dogwoods (Cornus), magnolias (Magnolia), maples (Acer), and oaks (Quercus). Native Mid-Atlantic species such as river birch, red maple, serviceberry, tuliptree, eastern redbud, and native oaks provide opportunities for informal comparison and hands-on learning in an accessible public setting.
