Ball State University Awarded Level II Accreditation

The ArbNet Arboretum Accreditation Program and The Morton Arboretum are pleased to announce Ball State Arboretum, part of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, has been awarded a  Level II Accreditation.

Visitors can explore the university’s 731-acre campus, which includes more than 7,000 trees representing more than 200 different species. The arboretum emphasizes Ball State’s environmental initiatives while providing an aesthetically pleasing living laboratory for the Ball State University community. Five tree trails have been designed and are enjoyed by educators, students and community members.
