M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi, School of Islamic Sufism

The M.T.O Shahmaghsoudi School of Islamic Sufism in Dallas, Texas, proudly stands as the only accredited ArbNet Level I Arboretum in Collin County since September 30, 2022. Since acquiring the land in early 2000, MTO has cultivated a diverse collection of hundreds of trees and woody plants. This initiative has significantly enhanced the region's natural beauty and served as a vital resource for environmental education.

 M.T.O. Dallas has embraced various sustainable practices and ecological mindfulness initiatives to promote environmental stewardship. These initiatives include the use of native plants and trees to enhance biodiversity, the implementation of water conservation techniques, and the establishment of community education programs focused on ecological awareness. By being aware of our environmental impact and advocating for sustainable land management, the M.T.O.
