Description
Strawbery Banke Museum is a living history museum with a collection of curated historic houses and gardens. The arboretum helps tell the story of this historic waterfront neighborhood by preserving historic trees and fostering a diverse collection of trees and woody perennials that also provide numerous ecological and educational benefits.
The mission of Strawbery Banke Museum is to promote understanding of the lives of individuals and the value of community through encounters with the history and ongoing preservation of a New England waterfront neighborhood. Visitors can tour historic homes and gardens, speak with costumed historic roleplayers, and learn from knowledgeable staff.
